Philhas a wealth of building knowledge and was a member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors education team in 2018.    Phil employs a formal inspection methodology to ensure no major deficiencies get overlooked.  He can perform both WETT and Home Inspections during the same visit.

It is ALL about the relationship.  As we walk our clients through a home we are listening, answering questions and are actively engaged.  It doesn't end when we get paid and leave the property either.   We are "always" available to answer client questions long after the inspection is complete.

We take pride in knowing that our clients are receiving credible and unbiased information to help them make buying, selling or maintenance decisions.   

In all cases we provide our clients with a prioritized list of minor deficiencies / maintenance items, recommendations and suggested timelines to remediate each item.

We provide "on the spot" two page written summary of major deficiencies for clients that need a report immediately after an inspection.  We follow this up with our digital report in PDF format.    


Prioritize ALL deficiencies (if any) that require immediate attention and those that can wait and for how long.    We classify these items to help you make "informed" purchasing, pre-sale or maintenance decisions.   

Take the time necessary to help you understand the characteristics of each system, how they operate and provide recommended maintenance tips.

Respect the value of your time and complete each inspection in approximately 1.5 to 2 Hours for a single detached home.
